TREE REMOVAL SERVICES

Our Process

  • Please complete our contact form listed here on our website to start the process. We will then schedule your FREE personal quote for the next available appointment.

  • We will visit your location to assess the work being requested and any potential hazards and/or access issues. We will discuss our full service removal and other possible options and provide you with a quote. If time is needed to decide, we ask that you contact us when you determine you'd like to proceed. This quote is valid for 30 days.

  • Once the quote is accepted, we will send you an official written invoice and contract. We ask that you review and sign the contract of our terms of service first. If the removal will require access to your neighbor's property, we will send a separate contract to your neighbor for permission and inform them of our terms of service. After appropriate contracts are signed, we require a 10% deposit to be placed on our schedule. We will follow up with an appointment notification. The remaining balance is due 7 days after the completion of services.

  • We will schedule your project to the best estimated date and time we can. Tree removals can take longer than expected and we please ask for your flexibility if we need to make adjustments to your appointment. Weather may also play a role in needing to adjust your appointment. Weather can make our jobs too dangerous to perform or cause unnecessary risk or damage to your property. We ask if you need to reschedule you do so 7 days or more in advance so we can adjust our schedule to help other customers.

  • After completing the services requested, we encourage you to inspect and confirm that our work has met or exceeded your needs. The remaining balance is due 7 days after the completion of services and can be paid in person, online, or by check.

We can customize your tree removal to meet your specific needs. While our full service includes removal of brush, firewood, log, and stump grinding, we are happy to adjust our services to provide you with your desired outcome. Additionally, what sets us apart is that we do our best to repurpose and reuse the material removed. When applicable we:

  • Donate the chipped brush to local mulch facilities or residents

  • Donate the firewood to locals in need

  • Donate milled logs to locals and educational institutions for wood turning, woodworking, and other projects

  • Provide repurposed material for purchase

Other options include but are not limited to:

-Cut and Drop (Fell) Tree Only

-Chip Brush into Mulch

-Cut and Stack Firewood

-Saw into Lumber

-Remove Dead or Problem Branches
